Service program 02

Load beam
management
& repair

Bent ends, sticking locks, and worn shoes don't mean a new set. We pull your load beams and deck bars out of rotation, inspect every unit, repair what can be brought back to spec, and tag out what can't.

Don't replace. Repair.

Save money, reduce waste and extend the life of your gear.

01 — Our complete process

We fix it all — top to bottom

Quote-based · no online booking
  1. Pull & intake

We collect beams from your yard or you ship them in. Every unit is counted, tagged by trailer, and logged against your account.

  2. Inspect

Beam tubes, end shoes, locks, and springs checked for bend, wear, and whether the beam still holds at the set position.

  3. Repair or tag out

Straighten, re-pin, and replace locks and end shoes where the beam can be brought back to spec. Anything unsafe is tagged and removed from service.

  4. Return & record

Beams come back sorted by length and trailer, with a written record of what was serviced, replaced, and retired.

02 — Complete repair

What we look for on every beam

A beam doesn't have to give way to be a problem. Most failures start as a slight bend or a lock that doesn't quite seat.

A beam that slips in transit doesn't just drop its own load — it lets everything behind it shift.

  • Beam body

Bends, dents, and cracks along the tube; straightness checked end to end.

  • End shoes

Worn or deformed shoes and feet that no longer seat cleanly in the track.

  • Locks

Triggers and locks that stick, slip, or fail to hold at the set position.

  • Springs & pins

Spring tension, sheared or missing pins, and corrosion at pivot points.

  • Adjustment

Full extension and retraction across the trailer width without binding.

  • Inventory

Beams per trailer, age of each set, and how often a unit returns for repair.

03 — Our promise

Don't replace. Repair.

Fewer replacements

Most bent or sticking beams are repairable. Fixing them costs a fraction of a new set.
